A lifetime URI Membership requires only
the purchase of our Member Kit at the low one-time price of
$9.95. There is never a renewal fee, and once you join you
will remain a Member for life (as long as you make a minimum
of 1 purchase every 6 months). The Company does not require
a Member to sponsor or recruit anyone to participate as a
Member in the Company program. Commissions and Bonuses are
earned only on the sale of URI Products and are not based on
sponsoring or recruiting. As a URI Member, a monthly
purchase of 35 PV qualifies you to participate in our
generous Fast Start Bonus and Compensation Plan (100 PV at
higher ranks). The easiest way to ensure that you qualify
each month is with a Monthly Autoship or Backup Autoship.
You are also eligible to purchase URI Products at Member
pricing (approximately 20% less than retail pricing).
How the Matching Bonus
Program works:
25% MATCHING BONUS
The URI Monthly Matching Bonus Program provides an
additional and exciting way to earn more commissions through
teamwork! This unique Matching Bonus feature of our
compensation plan allows you to participate in a 25%
Matching Bonus on all of your personally sponsored URI
Members no matter where they are in your downline.
The benefits of the 25% Matching Bonus
are powerful because the compensation plan encourages your
Upline URI Members to work directly with their downline in
order to help them become successful. This principle of
teamwork is heightened throughout your entire organization.
As a URI Member, you work for yourself, but never by
yourself.
What does this mean for you? Any time
your personally sponsored Members earn a URI monthly
uni-level commission check, YOU will earn an additional 25%
of that amount! Why? Because the 25% match is paid to on
every uni-level commission check generated by a personally
sponsored URI Member in your organization! Now every
additional person that you personally sponsor (even those
that you Sponsor and place in your downline) can result in
an increase in your monthly commission check.
Example: If one of your
personally sponsored URI Members (anywhere in your downline)
earns a $1,000 monthly Uni-Level Commission check, you will
receive a $250 Matching Bonus!
The URI Compensation Program does not
require you to have more than 3 Members on your first level
to achieve success. Imagine how much you could earn when you
receive a 25% Matching Bonus on all of your personally
sponsored URI Members, no matter how deep they are in your
organization. This bonus could be substantial for those who
sign-up new URI Members.

How the Fast Start
Bonus Program works:
FAST START BONUS
The URI Weekly Fast Start Bonus Program provides a fair,
balanced distribution of Fast Start Bonuses to the Sponsor
and qualifying upline. The URI Fast Start Bonus is paid
weekly and is paid on new sign-up orders only.
When you sponsor a new URI Member who
makes a product purchase at the time of sign-up, you receive
a 20% Fast Start Bonus on the purchase PV of that order.
There are no PV requirements for a Sponsor to qualify for
Fast Start Bonus on their first generation (personally
enrolled) Members. As your personally sponsored (enrolled)
URI Members sponsor others (your second generation), you
earn 10% on these newly enrolled Member’s sign-up product
purchase when you meet a monthly PV of 35 within 40 days
prior to the end of the commission week. The easiest way to
meet this requirement is with a monthly Autoship.
By meeting a monthly PV of 100 within 40
days prior to the end of the commission week, you are also
qualified to receive 4 generations of Fast Start Bonus (20%
on first, 10% on second and 5% on third and fourth
generations). If you do not qualify to receive the Fast
Start Bonus, it will be dynamically compressed and paid to
the next qualifying upline Member.
FAST START BONUS
POOL
Our generous 5% fast start pool is calculated based on the
volume of all signup orders company wide. To receive 1 share
in this pool, you must meet a monthly qualification of 100
PV, with 5 newly enrolled Members with a minimum 100 PV
signup order within the commission month. You can earn 1
additional share for every 5 additional new URI Members that
enroll with a 100 PV signup order. The Fast Start Bonus Pool
pays monthly based on the numbers of shares that you have
qualified for in the calendar month.
Example: You Enroll 15
new Members with 100 PV at time of sign-up this calendar
month. You qualify for 3 shares in the 5% pool for this
calendar month. Shares are pro-rated among eligible URI
Members each month.
The URI Compensation Plan pays our Members a
true 50% and consists of 8 Ranks. To qualify for Rank 1, the
eligibility requirement to earn a monthly commission is a
minimum of 35 PV in the commission month. To qualify for
Ranks 2 and above, the eligibility requirement to earn a
monthly commission is a minimum of 100 PV in the commission
month. Leadership overrides are paid monthly.
MONTHLY
LEADERSHIP OVERRIDES
As an URI Member you have the potential to earn up to
9 levels of commissions (plus
infinity bonuses) as you build your organization.
Standard and dynamic compression applies to all levels. When
you sign-up a Preferred Customer (Retail), you will also
earn retail sales commissions (approximately 20%) on the
price difference between wholesale and retail. All Members
earn 20% on Preferred Customer (PC) purchases. (All PC’s are
automatically placed on your first level.)
Affiliate
As an Affiliate you earn 20% on PC purchases plus 1% on your
first generation Affiliate and PC volume. Monthly PV
qualification: 35 PV
Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you are guaranteed a 2 level payout:
Presidential
As a Presidential, you are guaranteed a 7 level payout. At
this rank, you also qualify for 3 shares in our 6% monthly
Leadership Bonus Pool.
National Presidential
As a National Presidential, you are guaranteed a 8 level
payout. At this rank, you also qualify for 4 shares in our
6% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.
Global Presidential
As a Global Presidential, you are guaranteed a 9 level
payout. At this rank, you also qualify for 5 shares in our
6% monthly Leadership Bonus Pool.
MONTHLY LEADERSHIP POOLS
As you achieve the ranks of Executive, Director,
Presidential and up, you are eligible to participate the
Leadership Bonus Pool based on company wide sales. Each of
these ranks will qualify for shares of the 6% Leadership
Bonus Pool. The Leadership Pool Bonus is paid monthly.
Shares are pro-rated among eligible URI Members each month.
4% GLOBAL
INCENTIVE POOL
For contests, incentives, trips, rewards and recruiting
bonuses. Determined by the company.
Glossary of Terms:
Infinity (Dynamic Compression):
Dynamically compresses any volume up that has not been paid
out through rank and enables the company to pay out a true
50% in commissions. If an Member is not qualified to receive
a commission, the commission will be paid to the next upline
qualified Member.
PV (Personal Volume): The
commissionable amount of personal product purchase.
GV (Group Volume): The total PV of
your downline.
Downline: All of the Members below
you.
Standard Compression: Removes
non-active Members and compresses up, guaranteeing that all
levels of commission that you are qualified for have volume.
For example, if someone in your 3rd Level makes a purchase,
but your Levels 1 & 2 do not, the Level 3 PV is compressed
up and is regarded as you 1st Level for that commissionable
month.
Rank: For example: Affiliate,
Supervisor, Executive, etc.
Leg: The downline of any of your
first Level Members.
Commission Week : Any calendar
week Sunday through Saturday.
Commission Month : Any calendar
month.
Preferred Customer : A Preferred
Customer is someone who wants to purchase URI products at
our Preferred Customer prices, but does not want to become a
URI Member, which allows someone to purchase products at
discount Member pricing and earn Commissions by
participating in the Compensation Plan.
